    2.  Ordinance 2017-028 – Amending Soldotna Municipal Code Chapters 9.04 Public Nuisances – Enforcement, 13.12 Public Services – Sanitary Sewer Service and 13.16 Public Services – Water and Sewer Rate Schedules to Include Provisions to Allow the Establishment of Liens for Utility Services and Costs of Abatement (City Manager) (Public Hearing on September 27, 2017)  
    3.  Ordinance 2017-029 – Increasing Estimated Revenues and Appropriations by an Amount Not to Exceed $3,000,000 in the Utility System Capital Improvements Fund for an Anticipated Alaska Clean Water Fund Loan from the State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation (City Manager) (Public Hearing on September 27, 2017)

    1.  Resolution 2017-039 – Authorizing the City Manager to Apply for a Loan and Execute Loan Documents with the State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation from the Alaska Clean Water Fund in the Amount of $3,000,000 for the Construction of the 2017 Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement Project (City Manager)
 
    *2.  Resolution 2017-040 – Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract with Integrity Janitorial LLC for Citywide Janitorial Services (City Manager)
