Soldotna City Council
The Soldotna City Council will conduct a public hearing on April 26, 2017 on the following ordinances:
Ordinance 2017-009 – Increasing Estimated Revenues and Appropriations by $1,775 in the General Fund for a Donation Received from the Soldotna Library Friends (City Manager)
Ordinance 2017-010 – Increasing Estimated Revenues and Appropriations by $700 in the General Fund for Library Donations Received to Support Library Resources and Programs (City Manager)
Ordinance 2017-011 – Increasing Estimated Revenues and Appropriations by $105,000 in the Utility Fund and the Utility System Capital Improvements Fund for Utility Related Expenditures on the South Kobuk Street Pavement Rehabilitation Project (City Manager)
Ordinance 2017-012 – Amending Soldotna Municipal Code (SMC) Chapter 2.22 – Access to Public Records to Include Provisions that the City is not Required to Manipulate Data or Software to Create a New Record and Allowing for Additional Response Time for Providing Requested Records Based on the Circumstances and Complexity of the Records Requested (City Manager)Ordinance 2017-013 – Amending Various Provisions of Soldotna Municipal Code (SMC) Changing the Utility Department to a Division Under the Public Works Department and Changing the Title of the Director of the Public Works Department from City Engineer to Public Works Director (City Manager)

The Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on April 19, 2017 on the following resolution:
Resolution 2017-005: Recommending that Section 17.01.380, Mobile Vending Units, of Soldotna Municipal Code Be Amended to Establish Processes for Revocation and Violations/Minor Offenses, and Update the Definition of Mobile Vending Units
